Our School Uniform, PE Kit & other Equipment  

Wearing the correct uniform is really important in creating pride in our school and helping children feel part of the school community.

Uniform:-

  • Black/grey trousers (not leggings) shorts skirt/pinafore dress
  • White polo shirt with or without the school logo
  • Navy sweatshirt/cardigan with or without the school logo
  • Navy cardigan with or without logo
  • Navy/white or purple/white checked dress.
  • Suitable black shoes that they can fasten themselves – not trainers
  • Outdoor coat suitable for weather conditions

. Fashion shoes or shoes with heels flip flops or crocks are not acceptable.

PE kit:-

  • Navy shorts
  • Navy T shirt
  • Socks (if shorts are worn during the day)
  • Black daps or trainers
  • PE can be outside so children can wear their school jumper and leggings or joggers
  • Bag to hang PE kit on peg

They will also need:

  • Book bag
  • Drinks bottle (labelled) No branded bottles

Book bags will come home each day and will need to be brought back in the following day

Outside play is available every day, so please also remember: –

  •   Hats, gloves and wellies in the winter.
  • Sun hat and sun cream applied before school in the hot weather.

.          EVERYDAY SCHOOL CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR MUST NOT BE WORN FOR GAMES OR PE.

Make-up/nail varnish are not permitted in school. We recommend that long hair is tied back during the school day.  It must be tied back for PE lessons and food activities.

We urge parents to label children’s belongings. Not only does this promote a child’s independence it also ensures that we can return items to them quickly.

The KFA has a stock of all uniform needed Inc. Logo items. Please email kfauniforn@gmail.com for more information and prices. They run regular second-hand uniform sales in school.

We have a supply of second-hand uniform that has been donated that we can give away at no cost – so please let Jane in the office know if you need an extra jumper, polo shirt or two – or any other item.
